Our Satisfaction Promise
At Phrixxenchim, we take pride in the quality of our floral arrangements. We are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.
Perishable Nature of Flowers
Please note that flowers and plants are perishable items. Due to their natural characteristics, we cannot accept returns of floral arrangements once they have been delivered. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Quality Issues
If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your concern, we will need:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs showing the condition of the arrangement
Our team will review your claim and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement arrangement or store credit.
Delivery Issues
If your order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation is made:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for standard orders
- More than 7 days before the event date for wedding and event orders
Cancellations made after these timeframes may be subject to a cancellation fee, as materials may have already been sourced for your arrangement.
Modifications to Orders
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are subject to availability and timing.
Vases and Containers
Vases, containers, and non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The item is not damaged due to customer handling
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect any returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Special Orders
Custom-designed arrangements and special orders are created specifically for you. These orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
